RK Small Business Minority Consulting Services LLC was founded in 2019 by Regina White.

As she has experienced all aspects of business ownership, from start-up to successful exit. She was an owner of Chaussures' LLC from 1998-2008 (Operated (2) shoe boutique shops in the mall arena). She took the company from craft shows to national chains and export markets. Due to the 2008 Economic downfall, both stores were closed due to uncertainty in consumer buying behavior. Regina also started other smaller online businesses, Silk Elegance (creating custom floral arrangements for clients) and online operation as a Retail store designer to offer advice to business owners with designing physical stores.

It has been found that some Minority businesses have a much higher failure rate than others. My experience will navigate those through the pitfalls such as lack of banking opportunities & funds, lack of basic business knowledge and the perceptions that minority businesses lack the quality to compete with other similar businesses.

Regina was positioned on several Non-profit board for several years, Started an Investment club that involved many ventures. Along this whole journey, she helped other companies with feasibility studies, marketing plans, strategic plans, problem solving, managed all aspects of the business including business startups, strategy, operations, marketing, sales, and web site development. The reward of helping other businesses grow along with resources to thrive led her to the field of business consulting.

While becoming an entrepreneur, she worked as an Accountant & Investment Analyst & Operations Accounting Manager for major Insurance companies.

Regina is proficient in market research & enjoys designing and analyzing surveys, conducting focus groups and doing interviews.

Regina graduated in 1994 with a BS in Business Administration, with a concentration in Business Management from the University of Nebraska, Omaha.
